李岩松,男,医学博士,副研究员,陕西中医药大学硕士研究生指导教师。现任西安交通大学第一附属医院麻醉手术部副主任,住院医生规范化培训麻醉专业基地教学主任;中国民族卫生协会卫生健康技术推广专家委员会常务委员,中国心胸血管麻醉学会非心脏手术麻醉分会委员,中国医药教育协会麻醉专业委员会委员。

研究方向:
主要从事术后快速康复的临床、基础与转化研究,围绕喉罩应用及气管导管定位发表系列文章,开发气管导管深度定位新方法,发表SCI论文7篇;围绕糖尿病认知功能障碍及其线粒体功能紊乱开展系列研究:1. 证实小胶质细胞内源性果糖代谢通过上调NOX4促进ROS生成损伤神经元突触,诱发DACD,丰富了糖尿病中枢代谢异常理论;2. 阐明星形胶质细胞NDRG2参与运动锻炼改善DACD的整合分子机制,从微观角度证实星形胶质细胞NDRG2作为一种潜在的保护因素,抑制NF-κB/C3/C3aR信号逆转神经元突触损伤,改善DACD;3.证实上调海马神经元小凹蛋白-1可抑制线粒体分裂、促进线粒体自噬,改善铁死亡,缓解DACD,为防治DACD提供了新靶点;进而全面透彻地总结了小凹蛋白在线粒体功能调控以及认知障碍相关疾病中的重要作用,揭示了其在治疗认知障碍方面的潜力。目前以(共同)第一和(共同)通讯作者在Exp Mol Med(IF:12.8)、 Ebiomedicine(IF: 11.1)、Cell Commun Signal (IF: 8.4)、Resuscitation(IF: 6.251)、Ultraschall Med(IF: 6.548)、Mol Med(IF:5.7)等杂志发表SCI论文21篇,主持国家自然科学基金项目2项、陕西省自然科学基金青年项目1项、西安交通大学基本科研业务费1项、吴阶平基金会项目1项,获批国家发明专利1项。
