个人简介：

黄勇华，男，1969年5月8日出生，博士研究生学历，博士学位，主任医师职称，陕西中医药大学硕士研究生指导教师。现任解放军总医院第七医学中心神经内科主任，兼任中国研究型医院学会脑小血管病专业委员会主任委员、中华医学会神经病学分会全国委员、中国医师协会神经内科分会全国委员、北京医学会神经病学专委会副主任委员、全军神经内科学专委会副主任委员。从2019年起，担任“长江学者”、国家人才工程、国家药监局新药评审中心评委。

学习工作经历：

1991年6月毕业于第一军医大学（现为南方医科大学），1999年12月（提前半年）硕士毕业于第三军医大学（现为陆军军医大学）神经病学专业，2009年6月博士毕业于第三军医大学神经病学专业，先后在北京军区总医院神经内科、中国人民解放军陆军总医院、解放军总医院第七医学中心神经内科工作30余年，主要从事神经病学工作34年。

研究方向：

脑血管病、脑小血管病

科研课题：

（1）科技创新2030“癌症、心脑血管、互相和代谢疾病防治研究”国家重大科技项目，脑血管病相关认知障碍的数字化评估、多模态影像与病症关联融合评价模式研究。(课题编号：2023ZD0505806)，2024-08～2028.07，总经费600万，在研，主持；

（2）吴阶平医学基金，氢溴酸加兰他敏注射液治疗脑小血管病运动障碍(课题编号：320.6750.2023-3-37)， 2023,09～2026,09，经费30万，在研，主持。
