个人简介:
李云兰,女,1971年11月11日出生,研究生学历,博士学位,教授,陕西中医药大学博士研究生指导教师。现任山西医科大学药学院副院长,兼任国际AESMT大会 Poster主席、国家食品药品审评专家、山西省药学会第六届常务理事和学术部长。
学习工作经历:
1994年6月本科毕业于太原理工大学,1998年5月硕士毕业于太原理工大学,2008年8月博士毕业于山西医科大学,先后在美国加州大学UCLA洛杉矶分校、日本Rakuno Gakuen大学兽医生物化学院、国家药监局药品审评中心、山西医科大学药学院工作,主要从事靶向识别适配体偶联药物、海洋来源药物去乙酰化修饰介导NAFLD线粒体修复和靶向调控抗炎免疫平衡药食同源道地药材研发工作。

(1)国家自然科学基金,海洋来源化合物S2调控SIRT1去乙酰化修饰介导NAFLD肝线粒体损伤的修复作用机制,2020.01至2023.12,在研,已结题,主持;
(2)国家自然科学基金,有机锡抗癌化合物DBDCT致肝脏毒性作用机制研究,2010/01至2013/1,已结题,主持;
(3)国家重大专项“天然产物来源创新药物新品种研发及其关键创新技术体系”临床前研究品种,治疗糖尿病肾病国家一类新药海洋多酚LF1研发,2018.1至2020.12,已结题并获临床批件,总课题副组长、子课题主持;
(4)国家科技重大专项创新药物研究开发项目,新型结构抗癌化合物DBDCT结构优化、主要药效学、药代动力学及安全性研究,2009.01至2012.12,已结题,总课题副组长,子课题主持;
(5)陕西省重点研发计划,海洋来源SD抑制铁死亡TRFC/Keap1通路调控自身免疫性疾病的临床治疗新靶点,2023.01至2024.12,在研,主持。
