个人简介：

谢允东，男，1988年5月22日出生，研究生学历，博士学位，副教授职称，陕西中医药大学硕士研究生指导教师，校级中青年领军人才。兼任陕西省中医药科技开发研究会理事。

学习工作经历：

2012年6月本科毕业于陕西中医药大学，2019年3月博士（硕博连读）毕业于西安交通大学，先后在陕西中医药大学工作，主要从事中药毒性及减毒作用的研究工作6年。

研究方向：

（1）中药毒效评价及机制研究；（2）中药配伍减毒及机制研究。

科研课题：

(1)国家自然科学基金，基于Nrf2/MRP2信号轴介导的转运调控探讨甘草对黄药子肝损伤的减毒作用机制，2023-01至2025-12，在研，主持；

(2)陕西省科术厅一般重点社发项目，参芪五味子胶囊的质量标准提升与治疗失眠的作用机制研究，2024-01至2025-12，在研,主持；

(3)咸阳市科技局重大项目，脉管复康胶囊关键技术优化研究，2023-08至2025-7，在研,主持；

(4)陕西省科技厅青年项目，基于Nrf2/HO-1信号通路探究黄药子肝损伤的减毒作用机制，2021-01至2022-12，结题,主持；

(5)陕西省教育厅专项科研计划项目，基于Nrf2/NF-κB信号通路研究羟基酪醇对黄药子肝损伤的减毒作用机制，2021-01至2022-12，结题,主持。
